BIM 360 File Paths

We want to move our template and library resources to BIM 360, however file paths to BIM 360 include the local Users folder. That means a common file path can't be set at deployment with an initialization file. Revit won't read a wildcard for the Users folder, either. As it stands, the file paths must be set manually after deployment. A resolution would be very helpful.

Where is the file path - where are all the file paths - to ALL documents and ALL folders

We have to put the full file path in our extensive documents (because links are not allowed can you believe ? No me neither) 

I need a column for every folder and every file on every page with the file path on it -thank you.
