Automatically add flange in routing preferences as a separate object when creating an elbow

It would be very helpful to be able to automatically insert a double-flange as a separate object when inserting an elbow in Revit.

Currently, when choosing flange in routing preferences there is only one flange created when inserting an elbow. This solution is technically incorrect, as the elbow needs a second flange too. 

To create automatically second flange connecting elbow and pipe-flange there is a need to choose a flanged elbow family. This functionality results in an incorrect number of flanges in the schedule because flanges belonging to the elbow family are not listed in the schedule. 

A needed functionality would be the ability to indicate in routing preferences to automatically create both flanges as separate objects (not included in elbow family) that would count correctly in the schedule.
