Assembly views allow all options as in regular views
Please allow in Assembly views all options as in regular views - edit elements without assembly editing mode. Also some detail elements (rebar mesh tags , maybe others) are greyed out. Also when assembly editing mode is activated huge part of tools also add-ins is grayed out. Annoying restrictions.
Facing the same issue here for few year's., but had to work around it. Ammending these options would be a greate help as my company heavily depends on dealing with assemblies for precast.
