Allow pinned ACC projects on Revit Home Screen

Allow pinned ACC projects on Revit Home Screen on the left side panel under Autodesk Projects or BIM 360 or anything else the call it depending on the Revit version.

Recent files on the home page are good but users also must browse to the file location to execute publishes and stuff.  Would be super helpful.Screenshot 2025-06-25 065656.png

Hopefully this will work for B360 projects, too.

@MOatman, the first part of this as far as pinning recent files is implemented.  But the second part as far as "being able to execute publishes and stuff" is still needed.  But it is in this idea also: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-ideas/ellipsis-menu-for-recently-used-files/idi-p/13300790

You can pin project files.  I was actually asking to be able to pin an ACC project (like a folder) to where the revit project files are stored.  Ultimately looking to speed up the browsing for files for tasks like publishing and/or open with specify options.

A context menu on Revit project files on recent page would be a valid solution as well.

OK, so I'm starting to understand the idea a little more.  I think the ellipsis on the recent files would fulfill your request as long as that list included the items in the ellipsis menu in Autodesk Projects, but also added the View Online option currently only available in Autodesk Projects.

But you're also saying you'd like to see on the left panel in Home, not only Recent (which is recent project files, not entire projects on ACC or otherwise), Autodesk Projects (which is the list of ACC Projects and their folders and Revit files), and My Insights, but also a Recent Projects option, where it would list the recent Autodesk Projects that were accessed.  Would being able to pin certain ACC Projects in Autodesk Projects be sufficient for that?  That would put those at the top of the list when you opened Autodesk Projects.

But you also said, "must browse to the file location to execute publishes and stuff".  Are you going to ACC to publish your models?  You can do that right from Revit you know?  Other than publishing, what else are you frequently doing going from Revit to ACC?  And I'm sincerely asking because I feel like I'm missing something that perhaps that we should be doing that we aren't.
