Allow layouting empty frames

Using huge models makes laying out the sheets a time consuming process. Why not leave the model data off and just drag proxy frames into the sheet, roughly align them and once you are done, turn on the actual model views. A workflow similar to Quark Express or Indesign.

u can have something similar to this by turning off model display. this works only if you do not use that feature for anything else - details spring to mind. also for this 'trick' to work, u need to have a scope box in place - otherwise the empty frame will be only your view tag with nothing else. choosing all views to be layouted inside the project browser allows to turn all their 'Display model' attributes to 'Do not display' at once.

looks like this when model display is active once more.
