Allow Joined solids to be independently Invisible

Currently, when you create a visibility parameter for Extrusion 1, and join Extrusion 1 to Extrusion 2, Extrusion 2 will be forced to inherit the visibility parameter as long as the join remains.

This prevents us from creating modularity with the appropriate amount of modeled information, and would force me to make 4 extrusions, or two separate families. Both of these are workarounds, but not solutions.

Please allow us to independently control visibility of joined elements.

Thanks for taking the time to submit your idea. Unfortunately, this idea did not get the support of the community over the last 6 months and as such we will not be pursuing it at this time. Please feel free to rework (titles and clear descriptions are really important) and resubmit this one down the road.
