Currently, when the "Use Annotation Scale" option is enabled in a Revit family, Filled Regions (such as hatch patterns or 2D filled shapes) become completely invisible, even if they are properly assigned to the Coarse Detail Level.
This limitation affects the clarity and customization of 2D symbolic graphics within families, especially when users want to create symbolic representations that scale with the view but also require graphical fill elements using Filled Regions.
🚫As of now, there is no native way for a Filled Region to coexist with annotation scaling behavior, which forces users to replace those elements with Symbolic Lines. This is not always feasible when more graphic detail is required.

Enable Filled Regions to remain visible when "Use Annotation Scale" is turned on, or provide a visibility toggle in the element’s properties.
Alternatively, allow Filled Regions to behave like annotative elements in the family environment, similar to how Detail Items or Symbolic Lines do.
