Allow facade walls to attach their bases and tops

Surely just a tag missing somewhere on compilation but I just found that facade walls cannot be attached to toposolids. There is no complaint or warning, it is just that nothing happens when attaching the toposolid. Change that.

What do you mean by facade walls?

I have no issues attaching/extending bottoms of walls to toposolids.

@Mike.FORM Within the walls command there is the option to place a facade wall or curtain wall. Those walls did not behave as standard (base) walls do when attaching their bases or tops. Maybe I am missing an option for them?

I haven't used 2027 enough yet and didn't check the new hosted facade walls.

Is the host wall bottom attached to the toposolid before you created the facade wall?

I would think the faced wall would inherit the host wall properties upon initial placement.

I just found my idea to be redundant. Curtain walls behave as expected in version 2027.
