Allow callouts to be a different boundary on the parent view vs the enlarged view

When creating a callout, the callout that is displayed on the parent view has to be the same as what the enlarged view is cropped to. What we are trying to do is have the callout on the parent view follow the walls of the area that is being called out but in the enlarged view have the crop region be a little bit out from the callout to show door swings and things like that. We can do this via "reference other views" but we would like to be able to have our callouts be true to the enlarged plans.

It is a pain that we have to oversize the crop region just to get the door swings to display properly. It looks a bit daft.

I also would like a way to move my callout views to another view without having to redo my enlargement view. Keeping a view just for referencing callouts is annoying.
