Allow assigning view title to viewport type

Currently, this is all that is allowed

Controls the display of the view title. Use one of the following values: Yes: Display view titles. No: Do not display view titles. When multiple viewports: Display view titles only when a sheet contains multiple views. If a sheet contains a single view, do not display the view title.

Assigning a custom View Title to each. and. every. view. of the same type (for instance, gazillion Plans) is very tedious. When a viewport type is created, we should have the capability to assign a view title to it. Or assign the view title to the view template controlling the views - I'm not fussy! Either approach would make things easier and quicker for us.

If I am understanding correctly, you want to be able to assign a specific view title for the differing view types. 

Example for plans you may have a view title type that is different than the one you use for detail callouts and currently any time you place a view on a sheet it applies the default view title no matter what type of view it is. 

I 100% agree you should have the ability to set this via the view type properties as well as being controlled additionally through a view template.

Personally this doesn't affect me very much as we use the same view title for all views except for if we put a 3D or Perspective view on a sheet then we switch the view title out for one that does not include scale and it would be helpful if that was automatic.

When arranging views on sheets, there should be an option to assign specific view types to certain viewports. For instance, a legend might require a viewport without a title or line, while a section view should have its dedicated viewport with distinct properties.
