Align lock t/o key

Align lock t/o key

Don't know ready asked in a different post. but i know that in the copy/move/mirror/rotate command there are temporary override keys (shift, CTRL and ALT)  to toggle the option copy etc.

in the align tool you have the t/o for multiple alignment but can find/discover a t/o for the lock command. I work in models bur also make families, most of the families do have size parameters, thus i do lock the extrusions etc. to reference line's. now i switch the setting manually or i use spacebar. but if i switch the setting on it stays on till i turn it off, sometimes i forget this and lock some alignments in my models/buildings which is 99% of the time a total disaster!

is there some way?
