Additional text offset for small dimensions

I would like to see an enhancement to dimensioning, where the text for small dimensions is offset further than the standard text offset, so as to avoid a clash with the witness lines.

Currently, the text for small dimensions clashes as mentioned previously which requires a manual adjustment.

Below is what would be desirable, and this could be done automatically by having an additional text setting for smaller dimensions e.g. the user sets the minimum dimension for a larger text offset.

In addition it would be nice to have a drop down option to specify the direction you want the offset to be. many times for small dimensions we will offset left or right with a leader as shown below.

@Mike.FORM if they could do the text offset then maybe they could specify the text offset direct as well as you have mentioned.
