Add Project Language in Revit while keeping Interface language intacts

Would be nice if while working we can switch the language being used in the current project without changing the interface language - For Example - our installation is in English, interface is in English but half of our projects are in French. Because many system families and objects are using the Interface language and cannot be override to another we are forced to create fake families and hide the original- like 'the scale on Tiltle blocks shows "As Indicated' - we have to to hide that and force our own family showing 'Tel que constrict. Same of the Equal - EQ - EG (egal) in French.For Areas - ft² and not pi² or p.c. etc...
