Add Project Language in Revit while keeping Interface language intacts

Would be nice if while working we can switch the language being used in the current project without changing the interface language - For Example - our installation is in English, interface is in English but half of our projects are in French. Because many system families and objects are using the Interface language and cannot be override to another we are forced to create fake families and hide the original- like 'the scale on Tiltle blocks shows "As Indicated' - we have to to hide that and force our own family showing 'Tel que constrict. Same of the Equal - EQ - EG (egal) in French.For Areas - ft² and not pi² or p.c. etc...

In the multilingual company there is always the problem of the unified language.
Mostly this is English, which is ok for the Contents family and category names.
However, the ability to customize the user interface in the user's preferred language should not affect the content of the project.
Means a separate control of the interface language and content language.

I think this would accommodate many users if they can work in their native language. However, it makes no difference whether the project is opened and edited in a program with an English, German or French interface.

Perhaps the solution would be to formulate the names differently :

Pipe -> Canalisations
Pipe : Fittings -> Canalisations : Raccords
Pipe : Insulations -> Canalisations : Isolations
Pipe : Systems -> Canalisations : Systèmes
Etc...

Here is an illustration of Problem :

I think thats not the solution of the problem with different languages.

You can call the elements as you want. The problem exist only if you open the project with an revit-version in an other language. Therefor my idea is to separate the language between content and User-Interface.

Please make it possible to implement multiple languages in a model/ Family and choose which language will appear on a drawing.
Please note that there is only one field Description to fill in.
Working with Shared parameters is too complicated. Create new (complicated) Tags and Family's, yes/no fields e.g.
Workaround with Keynotes is plan B.
Schedules, Legends Revisions, how to switch the Language?
Can you give an example of the best workaround?
