Add Flip view functionality under "Temporary View properties"

It happens often that we need to do a quick check at the opposite direction of a section or ceiling to see/ understand what's happening.

To do it, we need to go first to a floor plan, flip the section and open it again. Those checks can go much faster if the flip functionality will be added on the open view.In the case of a floorplan it can be changed to a ceiling plan (lookup situation).
