Ability to switch "Number with Spacing" rebar set direction

In a "Number with Spacing" layout rebar set, there may be the need to add one or more bars "before" the first bar determining the start of the rebar set.

In order to do so, the workflow to be followed for moving the rebar set "backwards" is the following:

• moving it with Move command or changing its starting plane constraint;
• changing the quantity of the rebar in the set adding the needed bars. 

A switch set direction command would be very useful. If there's another way, please advise.

@g.cimino  Unfortunately I'm not able to say either way about whether it will be applied to previous versions. That will be up to the product team.
