Ability to select which elements are to be masked with region masking
Problem with annotation masking region is that it masks everything underneath and unless it's a detail line/item there's no way to show elements below. Solution would be a checkbox (selective masking?) to select which elements to mask after the region has been drawn instead of masking everything.
