Similar to the grip attached to the dimension text (number) that allows us to move it if it doesn't fit within the witness lines or overlaps with some other annotation. We need a grip that would give us the ability to move the CL symbol of dimensions. Currently it is automatically placed at the end of the witness line extension with no gap and we cannot move or adjust the CL symbol to a different location.
