The IT department is asking about the minmum bandwidth requirement for A360 upload and interaction with C4R.

Is there any Autodesk stated minimums or defined numbers.

I have seen this URL (it is very general) - http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/a360/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/ENU/123112/files/a...

Thanks,

David

There isn't really a minimum bandwidth pwer se, C4R will work with what you've got.  That said, you want users to be able to ramp to at least 5 Mbps symmetrical for burst transfers.  Above that will result in faster completion of the Data I/O portions of Revit operations.

Hi Kyle, I know you can help me with this. What are the minimum bandwidth requirements for AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D, Map 3D, Revit? for 200 users. or What is a good rule of thumb? Storing the files on a Server, LAN and access them with local workstation.
Thank you,

It would be useful if this reply could be extend to a per-user figure; In an office environment, what is the upper limit of concurrent users all editing models hosted in C4R that can be comfortably accommodated by 5Mbps burst capacity? 5 users, 10 users and office of 100 users? Thanks
