window grilles not showing up

I edited an andersen window family, in order to get the right amount of grilles I needed (fixed divided) and I made the grilles as an extrusion and then locked them into place with reference lines. 

I have checked the visibility but as soon as i change the view from hidden line to shaded or consistent color, they disappear!

Is there anything else I could try?

@ennujozlagam Hi, I think the 3D view is the only place they show up.. i had trouble seeing then in elevation.

Try this revised family.  You have a masking regions covering the mullion.  Aside from that, there are a bunch of elevation masking regions and detail lines that are not quite matching the geometry properly.  I have removed them and set the actual window to show on elevations since it is clean enough.
