Which rendering is better?

I saw a model of an apartment online. I wanted to see what it would look like when it was built, so I tried different rendering styles.

Remember : without the difficult times in your LIFE, you wouldn't be who you are today. Be grateful for the good and the bad. ANGER doesn't solve anything. It builds nothing, but it can destroy everything...

Asking for a most authentic one, then it is number 1 also.
#2 is gaming or Remax style
#3 Seems like a movie type where they cut into a building scene (grass is greener)
#4 The interior seems dead. If you are going to have such see through glass but nothing inside the fishbowl it's going to look weird for the eye.

Second best is probably the #3.

Around 90% of issues can be explained by human error instead of an actual error.
