Why does the brick wall appear tiled?  How can I get rid of this tiling effect and make the brick wall consistent?

Without looking the material assets, looks like there's some transparency assigned to the brick layer (or material).

You got it. Relief Pattern check box was on so turning off solved the issue.

Hi! Try to set the relief pattern / bump' scale in Material Browser.
