View Depth - Unlimited (Grey out Elements)

Hi All,

Can you please help me with this.

In one of my old files and when I changed the view depth - Unlimited as shown in snapshot. All the element below the associated level greys out which is nice to see (which is want I wanted)

But when I do try the same step in my project file, the element below is not greyed out - it still stays black like below

I have checked every setting(filter, override graphic). Can I know where I am doing wrong and how can I grey out element just by changing the View depth to Unlimited

Thanks

Look into Beyond line style.

The grayed-out elements have nothing to do with Unlimited. Those grayed-out elements are likely the Underlay.

Thanks for your reply, but can you please explain me elaborately if you dont mind.

All elements between the View range's Bottom and the View Depth are shown using <Beyond> line style.
