Uninstall DotNetReactor....or stop trying to get into Revit's programming.

I still haven't found solution for this. I cannot locate what should i uninstall. And where did this Eriziz's reactor came from?

Accepted solution

DotNetReactor is a way of securing a program so that someone can not open the code.

So the only way of finding out what program/add-in it is, is to remove all add-ins from your Revit add-ins folder and then add them back in one by one until that error pops up again.

This is not a Revit related error. It is being caused by something else that was installed to the PC (typically tools used to "crack" software protections).  I would suggest doing a system restore on your PC to a point in time when you were not seeing the error.
