Start and End Level Offset Beams dissapeared from Revit 2024

Hi all,

There seems to be something missing from Revit 2024.

In Revit 2023 one could adjust the offset manualy, this seems to be dissapeared from the Revit 2024 version.

See images included.

Does anybody know how to adjust the offset of beams in Revit 2024?

Sincerly,

john

Hmm. Interesting. It is still in the properties for me. Does  this show the same for all beams? Would also try closing and reopenign the Properties dialog box. Would not hurt to also run an Audit on the model.

Definitely still there for me also.

As @Tom_Kunsman said it may be a glitched properties palette.

I have had that happen before where some of the parameters are not showing and even the scroll bar is unavailable.

Does this happen with every loadable Structural Framing Family, or just one in particular?  If the latter, post that Family here.

My guess is that the family didn't start off as a Structural Framing Family.

this is simple issue , just change the start or end level offset for one frame in PlanView and will be fix.
