Rotating the entire project

I should rotate the whole thing 180 degrees. 

changing elevation labels will be a bit confusing.

Have you tried Rotate Project north?

On the Manage Tabb >> Position >> Rotate Project North Then choose the desired option

Take a look at "Rotate True North" and "Rotate Project North". Manage Tab>Project Location.
