Revit: cant close wall to a selected point

I cant join my wall to selected point and wall want to join another wall but between both walls I created irregular wall by component. Hope someone can help me out with this.

I believe they might take care of the issue that you are facing - You might however double-check the geometry in your model to make sure that it is accurate.
