Railing problem

Anyone help me why this. The top railing height not match.

And how can I make custom path for railing for top storey.

I tried edit path many times but it's not worked.

That's because you end the stairs with a tread, not a riser. Instead of that, change to end with riser, then draw a small landing on top.

Edit path and add a segment at the top landing.

I tried many time but it not worked. I can't sketch a line on top landing because I can not select endpoint 3d view, same on top floor view when I sketch on that.

Can you show me more detail?

Try adding the segment when you are in a regular floor plan view of the top floor.
