Problem with floor plans showing same walls

So two of the floor plans in my model have been showing the exact same walls. I checked the visibility settings and they are fine. Whenever I delete a wall from one floor it deletes the wall in the floor both below and above. I even checked walls to make sure that the range are only within those floors and they are, in fact they are different walls. I also noticed that one of those two levels are not showing up in section view as a level but shows up as a floor plan. Please help!

What's the Associated Level of the two Plan Views.?  Maybe one is a duplicate of the other.

Both are showing up as being associated with its designated levels like Level 5 is associated with level 5 and level 6 is associated with level 6
