Phantom dimensions in family

So, here is a title block family which seems ok, but being entered into projects it gains some invisible rudiments, which are located on the right and the block itself can be selected by it (if you double middle click you'll see it's somewhere there).  At first I thought it's beacuse of Ширина and Высота parameters becuase in type properties there're located in the exact place (see picture), but in the family they're no assignied to any dimension. And even after deleting them from the family those rudiments stay alive. Help me out please to get rid of it because I have no idea whatsoever how to do that

Maybe someone exploded a .dwg in your sheet in order to get the title block.

Rule number 0 in Revit is: do not explode .dwg because it will create a mess.

Best way to solve is to build your family again.

Just turn on all your Annotation categories and see what you have there. There a bunch of stuff. It either needs to be moved or deleted.  I don't know which.
