PDF problem with text

We have encountered a problem all of a sudden, the text and quality of print is distorted. Attached is the error and the screenshot showing how it should print (as preview). Can anyone advise the fix. This is happening in r2020 and r2021.

Recent window update cause the text and image to go haywire. You may want to remove one of the windows update. Check this post

Hello All,   This article relates to the KB5000802 

PDFs are incorrectly printed after installing March 2021 Microsoft Update in Revit

If a problem still exists after this is removed, Please log an Autodesk support ticket.    Thank you.
