Form tab missing?

I would like to create a form from a series of lines on different reference planes, but I'm not able to find the Form panel under the Modify│Lines tab. Help!

Its in the Massing Environment.

In the Project go to Massing and Site Tab=>In place Model to start an Massing Session.

Or, are you looking for it in a Family? Mass Template? Generic Model Adaptive Template?

Thanks so much! I was finally able to find it under the Massing & Site Tab.
However, when I tried to create a solid form, it said "Unable to create form element".
What could be the cause of this?

I have 3 different reference planes, each of which I've created a model line/spline. I'm just trying to create a solid form from the series of lines!

Are all the splines drawn on planes parallel to each other?
