I do not have access to rendering credits in the student plan

When accessing the student plan they provide unlimited credits to render, but currently I downloaded revit and they did not give me the credits and previously I already had an autodesk account but did not have access to the student plan. Does anyone know what I can do about it? I need the credits for a task

Perhaps Autodesk applied a cap or limit which they can impose without notice according to the "Terms of Use".
