Objects not rotating/changing when changing the rotation angle value

Hi all,

I have a problem when changing my angle values of the objects of degrees.

My elements are placed along a path and  to match the elements, the profile can rotate. for a lot of these objects, this solution works perfectly, but for some, it does not seem to work, when the value exceeds about 2 decimals if the value is below 0.1

Below the problem:

Somehow the profiles do not rotate when changing these values, even when i change it to "-0.04"

It also fails to work in the family editor

Can anyone tell me what the cause of this problem is and/or suggest a solution? 

Working with revit 2020.2.

I got a reply from Autodesk that the software is limited to rotations up to 0.1 degrees 

untill they resolve that, this will remain unanswered.
