Mass model family issue

I'm trying to a load a massed model family in my project, when i load it into my project it only shows the outline of the family which is just lines. the actual 3d model is not showing. I've turned on 'show mass model' and its still not showing the family in 3d

Wireframe view? Graphics override? Maybe you could attach the family for troubleshooting.

Hello! you need to dissociate your mass for setting possession label then load it back into your project should work. Hope this helps!
