Manage cloud models malfunction

Hi everyone,

I've started a project in collaboration on the cloud via BIM 360 Design and I clicked on the "Manage Cloud Models" in the collaborate ribbon.  Then, all the screen becomes white and nothing happens.  If I go on the task bar on the bottom of my Windows 10, I can see under the Revit icon that there is a white window.  I can close it by there and then it shows the model in the Revit file I was in before...

Did anyone of you encountered the same thing?

1. Check network connectivity; see if other users have same problem, on that project, or other projects.

2. Try signing out and signing back into your Autodesk account at the top right area of the Revit screen.

This will sometimes refresh a "stale" connection.

I'm alone for now in the office but connectivity to network is good.  I disconnected and reconnected but the situation is the same, a big white screen.

-Sounds like your model may not be located in the cloud properly? You should see a list of available projects

in the Manage Cloud Models dialog box.

-Check here:

You may need help from your Autodesk reseller, or an IT pro. This gets a bit complex to figure out.

I think that I've found what the problem was, screen resolution.  The white window took all of my main screen and part of the second one.  I didn't shutdown the laptop and when I opened Revit at home, the window was ok in my screens...  I guess a full shut down and restard would have done the trick at the office.

Thanks
