Lighting Analysis, Server Down

Does anyone know what is happening with this?  How long is it likely to be down?   This is what I get when trying to do a lighting analysis.

Hi @Anonymous, 

We have no issues on this end with the server, are you still receiving this error today?

The server was back up in the afternoon.  I was on the phone with someone 250 miles away when it was failing and had them check to see if it was working from his location.  He had the exact same message at that time.  So Autodesk must have fixed it later that day.
