lagging when starting program and opening an already existing project

Hi!

Im having trouble when opening Revit Architecture 2016 on my win 10. The screen is lagging and there's two squares in the bottom-right corner that's constantly blinking. 

Also when im opening an already existing project it wotn open successfully, it starts lagging alot in the screen and my project wont show properly. Sometimes i can see my project in 2d, but when i puch the 3d-viewer the screen gets all white. 

can anyone help me? is there any hotfix that i should install to make it work?
