I have a structural column and I want to adjust it's base offset to align with marked horizontal column. Is there a tool that can do that easier? Because right now I measure the distance between them > go to offset in properties > type =<previous value> +/- <distance> to adjust it and it's rather painful to do repeatedly.

Option A:
- Select all desired columns (right-click "select all instances", unselect unwanted items),
- and change value directly on "base/top offsets" parameters.
Option B:
- Create a schedule specific for the category,
- add the "base/top offsets" parameters,
- filter the schedule in a way that only the desired columns appears,
- sort and group them unchecking "itemize every instance" so all elements shows in only one row,
- add new values direct on respective cells.
Ah, so no specific tool is available. I just have lot of cases where I need to make columns taller or shorter to connect with horizontal columns. At different heights and only have to adjust one beam one time so creating further schedule controls wouldn't be practical. Guess I'll just do it manually if there are no tools.
LOL, that was an AutoCAD question...
