Interactive County Map

In Auto cad we have an interactive map that shows our state and you click on the block and can select the county that the project is in and it produces a solid hatch to indicate the county.  What is the best way to be able to achieve this in Revit.  I tried to reproduce the map in Revit but some of the lines are too small to display, I was going to make the pdfs of the map with each pdf being a separate county and then use yes/no parameter but the pdf looks like trash, does anyone have any tips on how to achieve what I am trying to do?

Insert the DWG into Revit via Import CAD or Link CAD.
