Incorrect Contour Lines

I've been using revit for over five years now, just updated to 2016 from 2014 and this problem is throwing me for loop.

I modelled the site appropiately at the true elevation lines (78', 79', 80', etc.) but somehow when I was relocating my base point to its true location everything (which isnt being referenced by the contour lines). Everything shifted, including the contour lines which I was unaware could be manipulated in such a way.

Basically...

-Contour lines dont match their coorisponding points

I've tried...

-Survey point is at 0'-0".

-Moving the topograhy itself up and/or down to counteract the discrepency.

-Checked the site properties.

-Specified Coordinates.

-Checked the contour line properties, changing between Relative, Basepoint, and survey point.

That being said, I am collaborating with some less experienced Revit users (aka interns) which I think may accidently done something.

I've remodeled the site twice now so this is fairly fustrating and time consuming. Im hoping theres a way to shift the origin of the contour lines but I have not found one so far.

Thanks in advance!

Looks like the contour labels got switched to use the "Survey Point" rather than the "Project Base Point".  It is a type property of the contour labels.

Edit:

Well I originally only looked at the first image.  After looking at all of the images you alreay had survey point selected and had the survey point adjusted.  I still think there is some kind of discrepancy with the project basepoint and the survey point causing the problem.  I would have to mess with it to find the issue.
