Do it as a floor, then elevate the end edge to the desired elevation.

I got the error messages as below shown, not sure if it is because the two long edges are not continuous lines, but consist of two segments (curve + straight line) respectively, not sure how to make a continuous line in Revit such as polyline in AutoCad.
I currently use sub elements method but not prefer, since the model is easily get messed up by people who don't know this method.
Having some problems using ramp method - I use the elevations to control the ramp, the slope can vary as long as it is within the permitted scope
