Have a project in construction with many drawings already issued.
But as I go along and make changes, I cloud these changes so they are ready for a future issue.
These "pending" revisions are then automatically added to the title block, and I mark them as "not issued" until such time as all the work is done and I'm ready to release the revision.
But:
Often a trade will request the latest "unofficial" CAD so they may update their shop drawings.
I then need to send the trade a .pdf and .dwg drawing that shows the previous official revision title and date, even though the drawing may be slightly different.
Up to now I have managed this by manually changing the date and deleting the "not issued" revision notes in the cad and pdf, but I am hoping there is a better way of hiding the future or pending revision note from the Revit title block.

Hide all revision clouds of the suture/un-issued revisions will remove the revision entries on the titleblock. It is easier to do if you draw revision clouds on sheets instead of in views.
Another way is to temporary change those revisions numbering to None and Description/Date to Blank so you will see nothing on the revision schedule.
