How to define non-normalized curve parameter in revit architecture

hello guys I use revit 2018, and have a revit 2013 exercise. In which you ask me to host a reference point on a reference line and then enter a value in the non-normalized curve parameter. This same parameter in my properties panel does not appear. Can someone help me locate this parameter value within revit 2018?

Seems like your exercise says to do a normalized curve at 0.25 though? Otherwise switch field above the one you've marked there, measurement type.

This parameter displays if Non-Normalized Curve Parameter is selected as the Measurement Type.

@martijn_pater Hi

Thanks for the explanation. But it is still a little difficult for me. I can't find the option to put it as a measurement type.

You need to pick "Draw of Face" before placing the Point on the line. You will then have "Measurement Type" Parameter available.

@barthbradley Nice catch. I thought OP was already in properties menu, but it's only the tutorial page I guess...^^
