Hi, let me help...first you need to load a family...either you already have a pump family and you use Insert Family option, or you dont have family, but you can load one which already comes with the Revit using Systems--->Mechanical Equipment--->Load--->Find folder Metric/Imperial--->Mechanical--->Water side Components--->Pumps---Load any pump which is best representation of a pump component in your system....The final step is only to position that pump into the system and use its connections points to the prearranged pipes...BR
