gap between vertical and slanted coloumn

any body knows how to join between slanted and vertical coloumn ?

There is a gap and it cannot be joined with join geometry .

just add a reference plane > pick your column > attach top/base. thanks

not grid line. use reference plane to attach. pick your column and set maximum intersection before attach base /top. thanks

While the suggested method from @ennujozlagam solved the issue, here are a couple of tips

 

  1. Giving an offset to the vertical column and using join geometry is another way of cleaning out joins
  2. If you properly model/place the columns, using the coping tool is another option to join a vertical column to a slanted one
  3. Slanted columns behave like beams. That being said, instead of slanted columns you could use Beams
