Anyone got any ideas as to how i can model the attached wire mesh?, I tried to use a curtain wall by changing the angle of the mullions but that doesn't work very well, any other solutions?

Not modeling, but using as a texture?

Why would you increase your file-size by modeling it?

Because texture patterns cannot be rendered

Well, they are meant to be rendered. Which problem do you encounter?

No, I simply do not understand why you can't use this image for rendering.

What is the problem you are encountering; what does not satisfy you?

You can find higher resolution patterns on the web 'wire mesh .png'

Why don't you use an Appearance Asset with Cutout Types? There are several in the OOTB Assets. Search "Screen".

Don't model.  Use a material for it.

Hi, would you be able to elaborate on how to get this done please? I want to do a DUCT end-cap with Wiremesh/bird screen.  Thank you
