Copy of DWG appears from nowhere in family

Hi fellas!

I have a weird problem where a copy of a dwg from the key plan appears from nowhere. I can't find the copy in the family.
Does anyone have a solution?

I've attached the file.

Found it using Ideate Explorer. Deleted and attached.

Nicely done!  I had spent a good 15 minutes and couldn't figure out where was that from.

Hi again fellas!

A new problem just showed itself. I get a similar problem where a frame shows up out of nowhere.
Would appreciate all help I can get with this one. Such weird problems!

Nevermind. I found that the layer "DEFPOINTS" from AutoCAD was messing it up. Re-imported the dwg.
Strange though that it doesn't show inside the family but shows when plotted?
