Constraints not Satisfied error

I am trying to create a door panel with grooves in it. I have the panel itself as a family where I've created the void sweep groove and then array it and set up all parameters for if. When i flex the panel everything works fine. Then I load it into the Door Family and flex the door width and I get all of these errors. I've tried several different approaches and can't seem to find solution. Any help in this manner would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you are over-constraining the nested door panel family into the host door family.

Try "loosing it up" by deleting a few dimensions and/or unlocking them from the panel to ref. planes in the door family.

Share the door family with the nested grooves.
