Can't create pdf

Good morning. I cannot create pdf from Revit. I downloaded Bluebeam as I was thinking it was a PDF software issue.

the printer dialog box opens but when I click on "Select" nothing happens.

any suggestions please?

Have you tried setting path (Name) first?

Install PDF creator software its free  and after page setting select PDF creator instead of printer name

In some cases it is just a matter of using the shortcut crtl+p instead of the actual button. Adobe PDF print will nearly in all cases when going for the shortcut method.

I noticed that Print to File is not grayed out, leading me to believe the PDF converter is being improperly recognized as a peripheral device.  I wonder if the converter is installed properly -- or if maybe checking that box would resolve issue.
